The core of the CyberWayFinder Program is
A three-year plan which allows participants to gain relevant work experience working in the field of cybersecurity within established teams while also taking evening/weekend/remote classroom courses based on industry leading best-practices taught by active practitioners while also being individually mentored by an established cyber security professional.
CyberWayFinder uses a subversive approach in sourcing human diversity, gender rebalance and cost minimisation. Our ambition is changing the way cyber teams work to reflect the society and companies we strive to enable and protect starting with gender diversity. Increasing gender representation and cyber resources via three year supported apprenticeship, executive-cyber masters work, and learn-ships in security teams.
