OVERVIEW
Design Thinking is a human-centered problem-solving approach, which emphasizes the use of creative mindsets to reframe problem statements through a deeper understanding of stakeholder’s needs, and creating prototypes to discover valuable insight on opportunities to innovate. This human-centered approach involves five phases: Empathise, Define, Ideate, Prototype and Test. The characteristic usefulness and effectiveness of Design Thinking makes it a popular methodology with boundless implementations.

To transform its numerous implementations into your specific context, we have created three types of programs based on gaining awareness, actively using or enhancing the Design Thinking Approach. These three programs are:

  • Design Thinking Training for Corporate Professionals and Leaders

  • Design Thinking Hands-on Training to Master Design Thinking as a Problem Solving Tool

  • Tailor made Design Thinking Mentorship Programs
