So, what else is new?

  • Accepting diversity of all kinds – We are committed to building an inclusive representational cybersecurity workforce. We are devoted to help you transition, kickstart or accelerate in your career by providing the right training.

  • The Modular Approach – During the last few years we focused on a linear fixed cohort approach through our 3-year career transition program. This 'one-size-fits-all' program is restructured into a modular framework designed to be there for you, to make sure that you are able to choose what you need in a sequence that suits your development or career plans. Need help selecting the right modules? Our expertise will guide you to the shortest path to success!

  • Career Transition Tracks (CTT) – These four different tracks, made to kick-start your professional profile are supported by our modular approach. You select comprehensive training ranging from 90-hrs to 162-hrs depending on your goals. Whether taking a modest next step or to significantly accelerate and completely update your cybersecurity profile, these tracks are designed to actualize your career goals.

These modules are available upon request:

  • Professional Growth Modules (PGM) – These are topical, deep-dive modules you can take on top of your CTT track or as a stand-alone module if you wish to learn more on a specific topic. Only interested in structured certification preparation? You'll find these modules in the PGM section too. It's all up to you.

  • Special Sessions (SPS) – Need a helping hand in planning your career transition? Looking for a very short, but comprehensive overview of cybersecurity as a business leader? Or looking to accelerate your core skills? You can find the right help with our special sessions.

  • CyberWayFinder and COVID-19 – The health of our community and loved ones is always our number one priority. We are limiting as many on-site sessions as possible. We successfully finished the Spring 2020 sessions using remote learning with more structured exercises. Together we make a difference during this pandemic and are committed to doing our part to help you exit these crises even stronger and with more options and growth potential.
